The Georgia Department of Corrections will cut the ribbon next week at the remissioning of its Turner Pre-Release Center in Sycamore.
It will become a Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Center.
Sen. John Crosby and Rep. Tony McBrayer are scheduled speakers for the event.
The facility is at 514 South Railroad Ave., Sycamore.
