BARWICK, GA (WALB) - Every window of Keith Taylor's Barwick Signs is boarded up because each one has been broken.

"Last year plus, I've been dealing with break-ins, vandalisms, stolen property, damaged property, equipment destroyed, supplies messed up, things like that," said Taylor.

We first met Taylor on June 5th when he told us his shop was vandalized on nine separate occasions.

Last Thursday marked number 10.

"At this point, I'm just out to protect what's mine, what I've got invested here. Because everything I've got is invested in this business," said Taylor.

Taylor says he's lost about $11,000 in stolen merchandise and broken equipment. "After you start rebuying and getting materials back, you're probably looking in the $20,000 range when it's all said and done. I don't make $20,000 a year."

And with no one yet to be convicted, Taylor's patience is running thin. "I'm tired of people in this community telling me I'm lying, and that nothing is going on, and I need to be quiet, I need to be patient. And I'm tired of it. I'm tired of waiting on everyone else doing what they're supposed to be doing."

Taylor says he's not happy with the way police have handled his cases. "No crime scene's been processed. No fingerprints have attempted to be taken. Nobody's asked me the questions do you have any suspects? Have you had any bad business dealings?"

And he says now he may take actions into his own hands. "It could be anywhere up to legal action, if I have to sit up here with a shotgun at night. Whatever I have to do ."

The Barwick Police Department tells us they continue to investigate all of the reported crimes.

If you have any information about any of the burglaries, call Barwick Police or the Brooks County Sheriff's Office.
