SPARKS, GA -
A nightclub in Sparks remains closed after a weekend murder outside the club.
More than one hundred people were hanging out on Adams Street early Saturday morning after the 4 Kings Game Room closed.
A fight broke out, and 24 year-old Nathan Bright was shot in the head.
The police chief told city council members Monday night, this isn't the first trouble there. He said a man was severely beaten there a few months ago, and there was a murder inside the game room three years ago.
The council decided the club should remain closed for now. Mayor Samuel Wilson said, "The game room is shut down as of Saturday. It will be shut down until further notice pending the investigation from the GBI."
No one from the club was at Monday night's meeting to dispute the city's decision to close the business.
36 year-old Yolanda Scrugs was also shot in the thigh Saturday. She underwent surgery and is recovering.
