SPARKS, GA -

Investigators in Cook County are interviewing dozens of people who were outside a Sparks nightclub where a man was shot to death early Saturday morning.

No arrests have been made but now it's calling the establishment into question after the second murder there in three years.

Over a hundred people gathered on Adams Street where one woman was wounded and a man shot in the head.

"My officer was first on the scene. He was in the area and heard the shots. When he rolled up on the scene he observed a large crowd in the streets," said Sparks Police Chief Bob Myers.

Paramedics rushed 24-year-old Nathan Bright of Adel, to the hospital where he died. With dozens of witnesses, investigators are trying to figure what prompted the brawl and why Bright was targeted.

"It's not clear right now who all was involved in the fight because of the crowd of people. We're still doing interviews trying to piece it all together. But with large a crowd of people it's taking us a while to interview everybody," said Chief Myers.

Now city leaders in Sparks are calling 4 Kings Game Room into question.  "We called there quite often. They do what they can to control it, but with that big a crowd. You do have trouble from time to time. Fights," said Myers.

In May 2009 the Game Room was the site of one of the most gruesome murders ever in Cook County. Then owner James Statum Senior was stabbed 60 times with an ice pick during a robbery.

But Saturday's shooting prompted the mayor of Sparks to temporarily shut down the club. Now it's in the hands of the city council who is meeting tonight.

"We're going to discuss it at that time and I don't know what they'll do from there," the chief said.

The main goal now is to find the triggerman. All the while knowing that someone out there knows who killed Nathan Bright. In Sparks.

36-year-old Yolanda Scrugs was shot in the thigh. She underwent surgery for her wound.

We'll let you know what the council decides about the future of 4 Kings Game Room tonight at 11:00.
