Did you know that July 4th is the deadliest day on the road?

Nationwide, almost half of the fatal accidents that happen on Independence holiday travel, usually involve a drunk driver, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

However, Triple A hopes to change that. Triple A's plan is called Tow To GO.

It's a free service for Triple A members and non-members.

For eight holidays out the year, Triple A offers a free tow service for those people who feel to drunk to drive.

Triple A will tow you and your car home for free. This service is available July 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th.

This service is free and confidential.  Drunk driving has been a deadly tradition on the 4th of July and Triple AAA hopes to change that.

If you would like to use the service call 1-800-AAA-HELP. Since the program's start back in 1998, Triple AAA has removed more than 18,000 drunk drivers from the road.
