Cool Scoops located on the corner of Pine avenue and Front Street is a new Ice cream Parlor that offers over 30 flavors of ice cream and non dairy italian ice, and other sweet treats.
The shop's owner believes that the location right across from the Flint Riverquarium is perfect for business.
Eric Culbreth the owner says, "I am piggy-banking off of the Flint Riverquarium and just bring more business and support downtown, I believe everyone should support their downtown."
