MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Col. Jeffrey W. Decker will assume command of the 23d Maintenance Group from Col. A. Neal Robinson during a change of command ceremony here July 6, 2012.
Col. Robinson will depart Moody AFB after two and a half years of service to serve as the Chief, Maintenance Management Division, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va.
Col. Decker was formerly the commander of the 451st Expeditionary Maintenance Group, Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, to include two forward operating locations.
