SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) -
Sylvester Police are investigating the death of a child. Worth County EMS responded to Teresan Apartments Friday night on North Washington Street in Sylvester just after 10 P.M.
They found a four year old boy unresponsive in his home at 1202 North Washington Street. He was taken to Phoebe Worth Hospital where he was pronounced dead. 854-3103
The child was with a caretaker and other siblings when he was found unresponsive in the home. No charges have been filed but investigators say they have some concerns.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday to determine the cause of death.
