The San Diego Business Journal has announced the top 85 nominees selected for this year’s 2012 Top Places to Work in San Diego and 2011 champion, San Diego Law Firm, is once again in strong standings to receive the prestigious recognition in the small business category.
Data gathered from employee satisfaction surveys and employer questionnaires were analyzed by the Best Companies Group in order to determine ranking. The results will be categorized according to eight core focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits and Overall Engagement.
