New England Patriots wide receiver Deion Branch was the guest speaker for Phoebe Healthworks Lunch n' Learn session.
Branch spoke about disciplining yourself for success through healthy living and exercise. He also advised some of the young people to keep out of trouble and obey their parents.
Branch attributes his success to those who were influential in his life.
"My parents, my grandparents. My coaches, those are the people that get all of the credit for developing me," Branch said. "You know I'm truly blessed and appreciative that God put me in the path of those individuals."
The Deion Branch Foundation is teaming up with Albany State for its Skills and Drills football camp tomorrow.
