Narkia Morman of Baconton has been arrested in the Stop & Shop purse snatching, which was shown several times on WALB and WALB.com.
Sgt. Chad Kirkpatrick Detective Division Dougherty County Police Department reports that tips from Crime Stoppers assisted DCP in identifying Morman.
She was arrested this morning, when her grandmother, who is the Mayor of Baconton, turned her in to the Dougherty Co. Jail.
