One of the best gifts a father can give his family is good health. That is why Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital took this Fathers Day weekend to make sure the men in Albany were healthy.

500 men took part in the tenth annual Men's Health Fair at Phoebe's Healthworks. Blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol screenings were just some of the things available to them.

"It is just a wonderful day of health and awareness, and the men are realizing that their health is their wealth, I mean it is father day and what better gift to give to yourself and to your family than the gift of health," says Darrell SabbsPhoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Community Benefits.

Organizers say it takes regular visits with a primary care physician to make sure the men they say today stay healthy.
