Jeremiah Jenkins, of Belle Glade, Florida, was found guilty of four counts of gun theft in Albany Federal Court.
He was accused of stealing dozens of handguns, shotguns and rifles last May from City Motor and Marine in Donalsonville.
Prosecutor say Jenkins and Kevin Williams crossed state lines into Florida to sell the stolen guns.
A third defendant, Christopher White is charged possession of stolen firearms.
White and Williams are awaiting trial. Jenkins will be sentenced in about two months.
