
One of the hurdles college baseball coaches face when taking a team to the College World Series is to get their players to remember it is still just a baseball game.
Adjusting to the atmosphere, large crowds and other festivities are things all eight teams will have to deal with in the next week.
Florida State is one of the teams that have been to Omaha in recent years and the veteran Seminoles know the goal is to win that elusive national championship.
The veteran FSU players are working to prepare their freshman teammates on what they will face this weekend.
Brandon Leibrandt, said. "They say it is really an awesome experience. The opening ceremony revel in it. At the same time when we do start playing, it is business like always. Just have to go out there and play like we can."
FSU plays Arizona at 9:00 p.m. Friday in Omaha.
