COLQUITT COUNTY, GA (WALB) -
The shooting death of a Tallahassee man in Colquitt County is now ruled an accident.
39 year old Than Vinh Ong was struck in the head by a bullet near the 2900 block of Georgia Highway 37 East.
Investigators say Ong and some friends were firing rifles in the air in some woods after watching a soccer match Sunday.
Ong drove off on a 4 wheeler and one of the shots struck him in the head.
