The Albany Panthers need one win in their final two games to clinch the top seed in the Professional Indoor Football League playoffs.
Getting that one win is not going to be easy.
The Panthers close out their regular season on the road this week at Columbus and then next week at second place Richmond.
The Lions Den has not been kind to the Panthers with two of their three losses coming in Columbus.
That includes the lone Albany loss this season.
The Lions had a big onfield celebration after their game winning field goal on the final play.
A scene that the Panthers have not forgotten getting ready for their third meeting with the Lions.
Quarterback Cecil Lester said. "As far as them celebrating, it was a big win for them. I expect them to celebrate but that wasn't the last game of the season, it wasn't the championship and we'll see them again this Saturday."
Offensive lineman Terrance Smith said. "Its one of the big games we play every year. it's a rival. We wont to play hard, practice hard and just get ready for that game."
Panthers play at Columbus on Saturday.
