Hospital officials at Phoebe Putney say 24 year-old Jessie Smith is in fair condition, but remains in the intensive care unit.
The wreck happened May 26th, when a pickup truck hauling a boat went off the edge of Coney Road, causing both the truck and boat to overturn.
Officials say Smith was riding in a boat when the truck crashed.
The driver, 19-year old Jamie Mathis was taken to a Macon hospital and has since been released.
Officials say alcohol was a factor in the crash. Georgia Highway Patrol says charges are pending.
