Some of you spent your Memorial Day watching a summer blockbuster as wet weather forced folks to swap their pool plans for a movie.
The Wynnsong 16 in Albany was busy all day. Some movie buffs say they try catch a flick every time they have a day off, while others were left with no choice when tropical storm Beryl brought cloudy skies.
"We were going to go in the pool, but we didn't because the weather, it was raining at our house and we decided to come see the Avengers," said Tucker Tumlin, who came to the movies with his friends.
This year the biggest crowds lined up to see "Men in Black 3". The movie is estimated to have debuted with $70 million worth of tickets sold over the four-day Memorial Day weekend.
