A Dougherty County man remains in critical condition after being attacked with a baseball bat.

32-year-old William Leming was hit in the head with the bat Saturday night during what investigators call a family brawl.

57-year-old Hugh Ethridge and 34-year-old Johnny Leming are both charged with aggravated assault.

Another victim, 33 year old Jessica Dunn told police he was kicked in the face three or four times by Johnny Leming.
