No team broke the 300 mark but third round leader Indian Hills (1185) posted a 303 and wins the national title by 13 shots over Western Texas.
Darton shot a 314 and finishes in 5th place with a score 1213 which is 61 over par.
Shad Tuten led Darton with a 74 and Mississippi State signee Joe Sakulpolphaisan shot a 78 to both finish tied for 11th place.
Austin McNeill from Douglas struggled Friday.
McNeill, who was in 4th place after three rounds, shot an 89 and finished in a tie for 24th place.
