Darton drops back in third round

Darton College did move on moving day from 6th to 5th place at the NJCAA DI golf tournament.

However, the Cavaliers fell further back of leader Indian Hills.

Darton golf team shot a 304 and are 35-over par.

The Cavaliers are 17 shots behind leader Indian Hills.

Indian Hills and Meridian were the only two teams to break 300 in the third round.

Meridian shot a 297 to move into third place but they are ten shots off the lead with one round to play.

Darton's Austin McNeill shot a 74 but remains tied for 4th in the individual competition.
