FITZGERALD, GA (WALB) -

Leesburg Police and Lee County wanted everything to smoothly, so they called in other agencies to assist them in keeping the everyone safe.

Dougherty County Police Department, Albany Police Department, and Dougherty County Sheriff's Department, were called in to help out.

"Our main objective today, is let everybody have as much fun as they possibly can and try to keep things under control, just let everybody enjoy Phillip being on stage and enjoy our home town guy," says Lt. Col. Chris Owens\Lee County Sheriff's Office.

An estimated 20,000 to 25,000 people were expected to show up.
