Tara Herrschaft is an anchor and reporter for WALB. She's originally from Kennett Square, Pennsylvania and moved down south to attend college.
She's a graduate of Florida State University where she earned a B. S. in Mass Media Studies. Her love of news grew in college when she became a reporter/anchor for 4FSU.
Tara started working as an associate producer for WCTV Eyewitness News while she was still in school. Since then, she's been a producer, reporter and anchor.
Tara is a vegetarian, who loves to run and has completed two half-marathons.
