- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 ¼ cup crushed chocolate cookie crumbs
Mix together by hand and press into a pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbs. Butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Blend until creamy. Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream and fold gently into peanut butter mixture. Pour into prepared pie crust. Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups, shaved chocolate or chopped peanuts!
Note- Chill for 4-6 hours before serving or pop in freezer for 1 hour so that pie will hold together and slice easily.
