An Australian Shepherd is home with his owner after being quarantined for 10 days after biting a little girl.
The 3-year old girl was playing at a neighbor's house when their Australian Shepherd bit her face.
The dog's owner followed all the guidelines in order to get his family pet back.
The Australian Shepherd must now be kept in a pen with a secured roof and cement floor and a sign that says dangerous dog.
When outside of the pen, the dog must be kept on a leash.
Animal control says the owner went beyond the requirements to make sure his pet did not have to be put to sleep.
