It's the busiest time of the year for florists all over South Georgia.
We stopped by Davis Flower Shop in Cordele where florists were working diligently to put together last minute bouquets and baskets.
The General Manager says they look forward to Valentine's Day the way most retailers look forward to Christmas. They were so busy, they ran out of the most popular Valentine's flower.
"Red Roses. In fact we sold out of red roses. We got many other color roses, but we sold out of red roses late yesterday afternoon," said Davis Flower Store General Manager Charles Bateman.
Bateman has advice for shoppers for next year… Don't wait until the last minute.
