Albany Police say a man was shot Saturday around 6:30 p.m. at 655 Zackery Avenue. Authorities say the victim was shot in the upper thigh by a Lee County bail bondsman who works for ABC Express Bailbonds.More >>
The bond for Steve McGowan and Billy Moore was posted Tuesday for $10,000 dollars each. The two bail bondsman have been in jail since Saturday, charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct after a shooting.More >>

Criminal charges are now filed in that teenaged-girl street fight in Berrien County.
Michael Fackler, 46, is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after his daughter 16-year-old Alexis Fackler was seen in a video fighting 17-year-old Tabitha Harp.
The girls slugged it out in front of a crowd on Old Milltown Road in Berrien County last Tuesday.
The video was even posted on YouTube.
Investigators say Michael Fackler was present at the fight and can be heard on the video encouraging his daughter to hit the other girl.
They said he drove his daughter there, and interfered with allowing kids to break it up.
