Kyle Busch ready for Daytona

CORDELE, GA (WALB) - NASCAR driver Kyle Busch certainly showed fans in Cordele this weekend he is ready for the 2012 season.

 

Kyle Busch getting a little seat time before the NASCAR season begins in three weeks in Daytona by winning the ARCA-CRA super Speedfest 200 on Sunday.

Kyle Busch and the rest of the NASCAR teams will arrive in Daytona for Speedweeks in two weeks.

Teams have already had one practice session at Daytona to learn about the new changes NASCAR has made with the goal of eliminating the two-pack drafting at the superspeedway tracks of Daytona and Talladega.

Kyle Busch says eliminating the two car draft is something every race fans want to see.

Kyle Busch said. "Having the year we have had there and getting back to it this year. The experience that everybody has at doing the tandem drafting and everything. It will still be a part of the race but hopefully not until the end."

Speedweeks start with the Bud Shootout on February 18 and the Daytona 500 is February 26.
