Albany man charged with 3 burglaries

Criminal charges are piling up for one Albany man. 44-year-old Milton Bryant was arrested for snatching money from the cash register at the Western Sizzlin on East Oglethorpe last night.

Now he's also charged with smash and grabs at the East Oglethorpe Video Warehouse and Dollar General Sunday morning.

The front doors of both businesses were broken and money stolen.

Police say windows and doors were also smashed at American Lube Fast on Sylvester Road Sunday morning, but nothing was taken. Bryant's not charged with that crime.

"You know it's a little aggravating for everybody. You have to replace the doors. Short term right now, we got to replace the window that was busted out. Then we'll be moving on to new doors here soon."

Bryant remains in jail.
