JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - A Mississippi woman has been sentenced to life in prison in Jackson following her recent conviction in the death of a Georgia woman who received illicit injections of silicone in the buttocks. Tracey Lynn Garner of Jackson was sentenced Tuesday in Hinds County Circuit Court.

NEW YORK (AP) -The Atlanta-based Home Depot chain is investigating a potential credit card data breach. The home improvement retailer says it's working with both banks and law enforcement amid reports of a large batch of stolen credit and debit cards.

ATLANTA (AP) - The Atlanta Braves are planning a groundbreaking ceremony later this month for their new stadium in Cobb County. Work is underway at the suburban Atlanta site, with a formal ceremony scheduled for Sept. 16. The stadium is set to open in 2017.
