LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WALB) -
Firefighters are trying to figure out what caused a fire that shut down a paper mill in Lowndes County overnight.
Just before midnight, firefighters were dispatched to the Packaging Corporation of America in Clyattville.
The fire was confined to electrical wiring in the ceiling of the turbine generator room.
There were no injuries or major damage to equipment. PCA officials say workers are now repairing the wiring.
When it's complete, they'll start up production again. The large mill manufactures container board.
