TIFTON, GA (WALB) -ABAC now has $1 million to put toward its Rural Studies program. The donation to the Tifton college came from 1946 graduate Herbert Bynum's estate.

After taking over the State Museum of Agriculture, Better known as the Agrirama,  ABAC will use the donation to enhance its internship program and bring guest lecturers and other opportunities to campus.

" I love it. It's a great opportunity to get hands-on experience as far as learning preservation and conservation of artifacts," said intern, Jessica Gandy.

The Agrirama will be open Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Free watermelon and American flags will be available.
