A native of the Northwest, Lynette earned her Bachelors Degree at Linfield School of Nursing in Portland Oregon. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for eight years. Four of those were in the United States Air Force.
She then attended the University California San Francisco where she received a dual masters degree as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
Prior moving to Albany she practiced in Atlanta for four years, and joined Women's Health Professionals in 2005.
Lynette is married to John Talley. She has one stepson, Brantley. They are members of Christ Methodist Church. She is active in the Humane Society. Her hobbies include cooking, horseback riding, and spending time with her horse and three cats.
