Albany Police say that in June, he asked his girlfriend for money to buy a cell phone.

When she wouldn't fork it over, he got mad and locked her inside a bathroom.

She tells police they struggled, she tried to call 911, he snatched the phone out of her hand and left, apparently without the money.
