An Albany hearing for condemned killer Ray Johnson won't likely happen as planned in February.
Johnson's lawyers put the court on notice that they have a schedule conflict in the February 1st hearing.
Johnson is on death row for the 1984 murder of Angela Sizemore.
He picked her up at a bar, raped and stabbed her to death.
He was supposed to be executed earlier this month, but got a last minute stay of execution.
