Albany Police are investigating an overnight stabbing in the 400 block of west residence.

The 911 call for police came out just before 2:30. 30-year-old Joseph Dorminey was found by his girlfriend, after he knocked on the back door of their house.

Once police arrived Dorminey told them someone attacked and cut him behind his ear.
