A 76 year old woman wanted for a 1970 murder in Texas was found living in Lake Park, Georgia.
Mary Ann Rivera, who was living on Lakes Boulevard in Lake Park, was wanted for 41 years for murder in Houston, Texas.
Lowndes County Sheriff's Deputies found her in Lake Park after Police in Houston told them Rivera could be in Lowndes County.
The Murder warrant was issued in October 1970.
Deputies arrested her in Lowndes County, Georgia October 11th.
She was extradited to Texas Wednesday October 19th.
The booking Photo provided by the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office show Rivera with an oxygen tube in her nose.
Details on the 41 year old murder case were not immediately available.
