ALBANY (WALB) - All three candidates admitted to us  that they did not properly file campaign finance disclosure forms as required by law.

Dorothy Hubbard and BJ Fletcher both filed the most recent forms that were due on September 30th late.

Fletcher was already fined for missing a previous deadline.

She said it was an oversight.

Hubbard said she initially mailed in her form but it wasn't properly notorized.

John White still hasn't filed a financial report.

He said his campaign should have done it on time.

The reports show Fletcher has collected nearly $15,000 dollars and has $5,600 on hand.

Hubbard has more than $11,500 dollars left from more than $20,600 in donations.
