TIFTON (WALB) - Halloween is right around the corner and if you're looking for a good scare, you might want to take a trip to Shockville.
Zombies and vampires are just some of the creepy characters you'll encounter in this house of horrors in downtown Tifton.
The maze of fright opened up last month and is providing scares seven nights a week.
More than two dozen professional actors are sure to get your adrenaline pumping if you dare to enter.
"We're the only professional haunted house of this caliber is south Georgia. There are a lot of people who haven't made it through but we've sold thousands of tickets so that mean's that we're doing something right," said event organizer "Dr. Demento",
Shockville is open from 7 until midnight Monday - Friday and 7 to 1 AM on weekends through Halloween.
It's located at 121 North Central Street.
Half of the proceeds will go to the local soup kitchen and food bank.
If you bring a couple of cans of food Friday and Saturday, you'll get $3 off admission.
