A Baker County man was killed when a chain reaction crash pushed his pickup into the path of a tractor trailer.
Sixty-seven year old William "Buddy" Roberts was sitting in the northbound land of Highway 91 waiting to turn onto Pretoria Road just before 11:00 Tuesday morning.
His pickup was struck from behind by James Oxyer of Chipley, Florida.
The impact forced Roberts' truck into the southbound lane and into the path of a flatbed tractor trailer driver by Dale Parker of Collins, and Roberts was killed.
The State Patrol is still investigating.
They expect charges will be filed but say it will be up to the District Attorney to determine what they are.
