VSU's Cochran awarded for career day against Ouachita Baptist - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

What a day it was for Valdosta State quarterback Cayden Cochran. The sophomore transfer came in for Austen Roberts late in the first quarter of the Blazers 40-13 beat down at Ouachita Baptist and threw for a career high 424 yards and 4 touchdowns.

It was the 9th highest passing day in school history. It marked the first time a VSU quarterback eclipsed the 400-yard barrier since Barrett Wilkes did so in 2003.
