Albany Police make two arrests in that shooting outside the east Albany Long John Silver's last week, but they're still looking for another suspect.

Damious King turned himself in at Albany Police headquarters Monday morning.

After questioning Police charged him with several crimes including aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

Police believe he was one of two men who shot 32-year-old Giorgi Kartvilish in the arm during a botched robbery Wednesday Afternoon.

Detectives are now looking for 41-year-old Wesley Anderson.

Albany Police Media Manager Phyllis Banks said  "Detectives are aggressively searching for the second suspect, and that is Wesley Anderson. We would like to continue to have the public assist us with any information."

Police arrested Ronny Mathis, the owner of the truck the two drove in the robbery, Saturday for obstruction and giving false statements.
