Can you feel younger as you get older? A doctor and author who spoke in Albany tonight says it's possible. Dr. Henry Lodge wrote "Younger Next Year."  He says it's possible for a man to function like a 55 year old well into his 80's and keep off weakness. Soreness and illness often associated with aging.

"Seventy percent of American aging is optional it's a lifestyle it is a decay and that's what we can change," says Dr. Henry Lodge.

Lodge also wrote "Younger Next Year for Women."

He spoke Thursday at the Phoebe Physician's Centennial Celebration, a dinner for doctor's that was part of the hospital's 100th anniversary.
