A lawsuit accuses a South Georgia farmer of discriminating against American workers, and giving better treatment to workers from Mexico.

The EEOC claim was made by former workers at Hamilton Growers Incorporated in Norman Park.

The workers say Hamilton let go most of its American workers in 2009, and kept nearly all of its 370 workers from Mexico.

Last year, 233 American workers were terminated from the company. 518 workers from Mexico were retained.
