VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

A school bus was going north on Madison Highway, when the driver attempted to make a left hand turn on Nashli Drive around 2:20PM Monday, when a car went to pass it.

The Hyundai sonata struck the bus on front driver's side, in south bound lane. The Hyundai went off road and struck a ditch and tree.

Two passengers were in the car and three special needs kids on the bus. None of special needs kids were hurt. Both people in car were taken to the hospital.
