The GBI plans to meet with the district attorney and discuss charges for the two suspects involved in the death of an elderly Ray City woman.

Michelle Zeigenfuss and Dennis Welch remain in the Berrien County Jail Thursday on theft by taking charges.

Investigators say Welch shot and killed 85-year old Jamie Wright, then stole her truck.

The GBI plans to charge Welch with murder.

That could happen Friday.

We're told they haven't had their first court appearance yet.
