Albany Methodists help rebuild in 'Bama

Albany church volunteers returned Tuesday from their third mission trip to Alabama, where they helped rebuild a woman's home that was destroyed by a tornado.

Twenty members of the First Methodist in Albany mission relief team spent four days in Yantley, Alabama.

They helped build a home for Corrine Dubose, whose mobile home was destroyed April 27th.

"We're just returning what happened for us back in 1994. All the folks who came in to help us. We feel it's enlightening for us to do missionary work of this type," said FUMC Mission Relief Team Chairman Buff Askey.

Mrs. Dubose's home will be finished in the next six weeks.
