Albany Police caught a 16-year-old teenager, trying to break into the Shoe Depot Friday around 1am.
Police were responding to an alarm at 1030 West Gordon, and that's when they saw the juvenile on the roof.
We're told he then jumped off and a chase started. He was later found hiding in a drainage tunnel and taken to the RYDC.
Police say the burglar wasn't able to get inside the store.
