You can get bent in to shape, in a good way, at a new downtown Albany business. Yoga on Pine is the only yoga studio in the Albany area.

And one unusual fact is that it's solely donation-based. There are no membership dues, fees, or monthly payments.

Participants just pay what you think is fair. Instructors say they want to expose more people to the art and peace of Yoga.

Pamela Adams, an Instructor, says, " As the only studio in our area its great and that exchange of energy is very beautiful, and we are really lucky and so happy that this place is here."

You can get more information on the classes at Yoga on Pine at www.yogaonpine.com.
