South Georgia Businesses learned the power of email marketing.
Albany Chamber of Commerce hosted a workshop to help business leaders learn the best way to plan, design, and send email campaigns.
They learned strategies they can use to get the most out of their email marketing and social media activities.
Email marketing helps businesses keep customers coming back by using attractive and professional email communications to build strong customer relationships.
"If no one knows you, no one will come to your store, or call you or pick up the phone. You are not going to have those customer base to be successful. So you have to come up with different strategies and there is so many ways to market your business of course, but online is the way to go, it is very affordable, everybody has access," says Lanelle Henderson, Constant Contact Regional Development Director.
She says email marketing is better and more effective than regular email.
